Conjunction Junction

If you were a kid in the 70′s, chances are a lot of your “real” education came from the School House Rock television spots. Conjunctions, adjectives, adverbs… all of those definitions were firmly planted in our heads because of Saturday-morning TV. Do you remember how a bill becomes a law? I’ll bet you do! So even though commercials were teaching us to live on a diet rich in Frosted Flakes, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, and McDonald’s hamburgers, there were definitely some positive influences for us to absorb as we sat in front of the screen for hours on end. We didn’t even realize it was another form of school… WOW! (In-Ter-Jec-Tion!)
